You can cancel your reservation for free up to 7 days before check-in. After this period, a 50% cancellation fee will apply.
Refunds, if applicable, are processed within 3–5 business days. A 10% processing fee applies to late cancellations.
Your security deposit is refunded within 3 business days after check-out, provided no damages or incidents are reported.
Check-in is at 2:00 PM, and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available for an additional fee. Please contact us for availability.
