Arif is a great host. Very responsive and flexible. We were In town for a Karachi and his listing suggested 8 people but we had party of 9 and he accommodated us which is very kind of him. We had couple of issues and Arif addressed them quickly. He was also generous enough to provide breakfast one of the days for our entire group, which he absolutely didn’t need to, but he said he did it to welcome his guests. His descriptions did match the place, while there’s wear from usage but well maintained. Kitchen was modern and had all the necessary appliances. I already shared about his listings with other family members and would definitely stay In one of his properties should we come back to Karachi. Highly recommend his listings for anyone considering to find a place in Karachi.

Original stay was for 2 days but had to extend last minute for an additional 3 days. Arif was very accommodating throughout, the ground team was always a phone call away and were very responsive for any issues. Place is suitable for hosting guests & families. Parking might be difficult as the street is very congested. However the location is convenient. Local amenities are just a short walk away. Would definitely stay again if visiting the same location.

Beautiful place to stay. I stayed for two weeks visiting from Chicago. The location is close to most places like malls, restaurants etc. The place is well furnished and clean with a modern look. Great place to stay! Me and the family had an amazing time here and great memories. Has an automatic generator if electricity goes out and also great security system (24/7 video door bell system)

When we first stumbled upon this banglow on AirBnB, it seemed almost too good to be true. There must be a catch! But everything was as perfect as it seemed online. Arif shaikh is the most thoughtful, gracious host. He provided us with all the information we needed and showed us around. The banglow is just perfect! Kitchen is compact and contains everything one needs. He was very accommodating and very quick to respond with any questions. He is also flexible with check-in and check-out time, which was extremely helpful. The place was very clean and had all of the necessities for a few night stay. The bed is comfortable, bathrooms are excellent. Location is incredible. Arif shaikh had excellent restaurant recommendations and was of great help. He went way beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable. I found this place to be very clean, comfortable, and perfectly sized for 5 to 6 people. The bathroom and shower was excellent. Arif shaikh made sure that the banglow is very clean. Furthermore, they clearly explained the area, and also arranged a taxi for me from the banglow to the airport after I checked out. For (Price), I honestly think this is a bargain. I am looking forward to staying here again one day. Thanks a Lot Arif Sb.

I stayed at the Mr. Arif’s property in Gulshan-e-Iqbal from September 20th to October 5th, 2022, but then ended up extending for an extra day due to check out timing and the timing of my flight not matching (I needed the place for an additional 7 hours before my flight). There were 3 adults that stayed at the property. Pros: - The AC units were great and did not have any issues. - The outside cameras were helpful knowing who is coming in and out of the house since there are tenants living in the upper level that use the same front entrance. The cameras also made us feel safe. - Mr. Abdul Ghani was very pleasant and always available if we had any questions/concerns. - We appreciated Mr. Ghani scheduling the cleaners based on our schedule since we would leave the house usually between 11 am to 12 pm every day. - Lighting in the house was sufficient, it did not feel dark. - Appreciated Mr. Ghani/Arif providing water for our first night so we did not have to run out to get water. - The iron provided stopped working and Mr. Ghani/Arif replaced it within 10 minutes of when I messaged them about it. Cons: - Noise coming from either the upstairs tenants or next-door neighbours. We double checked all the windows, and they were all closed but the noise level at night when you were trying to sleep was frustrating. Mr. Ghani did swing by the property twice and spoke with the upstairs tenants when we complained about the noise, but it did not help the noise level. - On the 3rd last day of our stay, Mr. Arif did offer to move us to another place but we decided not to move since it would have been too much of hassle to pack everything and unpack at the new place. - Cleanliness o Although from the pictures the unit is modern, decorated I did not find the unit was clean especially the kitchen and bathrooms. There was grime built on the faucets, behind the toilet and the corners of the washroom. o The cleaners would come in every other day, but they did not clean very well. If there was hair on the wall of the shower, it would still be there after they left. There was a dead bug on the bathroom floor which was still there after the cleaners left. We purchased cleaning supplies for the cleaners and offered it to them hoping it might help but they did not accept it. I believe the pictures that are posted on the Airbnb site and the ones shared by Mr. Arif are probably when this place was initially constructed. Over time, it has deteriorated mainly the kitchen and washrooms as evident in the pictures. o The cups in the kitchen were dirty. On the cup handles there was built up grime which I had to scrub before using. o Frying pan and the pot which we used to make tea was completely worn out. The frying pan was supposed to be non-stick but the layer had completely peeled off. I took pictures but I am unable to share on Airbnb site but I have shared these with Mr. Arif. Although, Mr. Arif’s team purchased a new frying pan two days before we were leaving Pakistan, I believe these should have been checked before we moved into the place. o Kitchen draws and cabinets were dirty. I took pictures but I am unable to share but I have shared privately with Mr. Arif. o Kitchen faucet, back splash had food stuck on which is also evident in the pictures o We did find two cockroaches when we initially entered the house but Mr. Ghani sprayed and removed them from the premises. o Smell in the house: Every time we would return home, the house smelled like sewage. We tried to keep the exhaust fans on but it did not help. o Laundry: the washing machine was dirty that I did not use it. I also expected there to be dryer or a place to hang my wet clothes to dry. o There was no coffee maker, kettle or dryer as advertised on the Airbnb site. o The sofa in the living room had stains. I think it would be helpful to steam clean the sofa. o The pictures posted on Airbnb site are old, where the bathrooms and kitchen looks almost brand new but in reality, some items need to be replaced or scrubbed really well. Suggestion: My suggestion to Mr. Arif would be to hire professional cleaners. Since we paid for the Airbnb in Canadian dollars, I expected the level of cleanliness in the bathroom and kitchen to be equivalent to Canadian standards. Also, Mr. Arif should consider installing a glass in the shower for separation, so the entire bathroom does not get wet. I also did not appreciate, Mr. Arif sending me a message asking to give a five star review. I understand that this is important for his business, but this is something that needs to be earned.

Great property where we spent 3 weeks even we came from Saudia but not felt anything different, its like 5 star accommodation and services. thanks for staff who always ready to serve. i would like to stay again in any associated with this property. Thanks Arif.

Our stay couldn’t have been more perfect. From its ideal location to impeccable cleanliness and its modern architecture, It is one of the best guest houses you ll find in Karachi. Owner and caretakers are extremely responsive and professional. Would recommend this house to anyone going on a vacation to Karachi.
