Refund & Cancellation Policy

At La Casa Resorts, we strive to provide a seamless booking experience while ensuring fairness for both our guests and our business. Please review our refund and cancellation policy before making a reservation.


1. Cancellation Policy

Standard Bookings:

  • Free Cancellation: Cancel at least 30 days before check-in for a full refund.
  • Late Cancellation (within 30 days of check-in): Cancellations made between 30 and 11 days before check-in will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
  • Last-Minute Cancellation (within 10 days of check-in): No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 10 days of the check-in date.
  • No-Show: Guests who do not arrive without prior cancellation will forfeit the full booking amount.

Non-Refundable / Promotional Rates:

  • These bookings are non-refundable but may be modified (subject to availability and fees).

Group/Event Bookings (e.g., Weddings, Conferences):

  • Special cancellation terms apply (e.g., 30+ days’ notice required for partial refunds).

2. Refund Process

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within [3-5] business days

  • Processing delays may occur based on your bank’s policies.

3. Early Departure / No-Shows

  • No refunds will be provided for unused nights due to early departure.

  • For cancellations due to natural disasters, government travel bans, or resort closures, we offer:
    • A full refund or
    • Rescheduling with no fees (subject to availability).
  • Proof (e.g., flight cancellation notice) may be required.
