1. Cancellation Policy
Standard Bookings:
- Free Cancellation: Cancel at least 30 days before check-in for a full refund.
- Late Cancellation (within 30 days of check-in): Cancellations made between 30 and 11 days before check-in will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
- Last-Minute Cancellation (within 10 days of check-in): No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 10 days of the check-in date.
- No-Show: Guests who do not arrive without prior cancellation will forfeit the full booking amount.
Non-Refundable / Promotional Rates:
- These bookings are non-refundable but may be modified (subject to availability and fees).
Group/Event Bookings (e.g., Weddings, Conferences):
- Special cancellation terms apply (e.g., 30+ days’ notice required for partial refunds).
