At LaCasa Resorts, we aim to provide a smooth and transparent booking experience while maintaining fairness for both our guests and our operations. Please review our refund and cancellation terms before completing your reservation.
1. Cancellation Policy
Standard Bookings
Free Cancellation:
Guests may cancel their reservation 30 days or more before check-in for a full refund.
Late Cancellation (30–11 days before check-in):
A 50% cancellation fee applies to cancellations made within this period.
Last-Minute Cancellation (10 days or fewer before check-in):
Bookings canceled 10 days or less before the check-in date are non-refundable.
No-Show:
If a guest does not arrive without prior notice, the full booking amount will be forfeited.
Non-Refundable & Promotional Rates
These bookings are non-refundable. However, date modifications may be allowed (subject to availability and applicable fees).
Group & Event Bookings (Weddings, Conferences, etc.)
Special cancellation terms apply. Typically, 30+ days’ notice is required for partial refunds or modifications.
Please check your event agreement for exact terms.
2. Refund Process
- Approved refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method (bank transfer, PayPal, or credit/debit card).
- Additional processing time may occur depending on your bank or payment provider.
3. Early Departure & No-Shows
- No refunds will be provided for early departures.
- No-shows are charged the full booking amount with no exceptions.
4. Force Majeure (Unforeseen Circumstances)
If your reservation is affected by events such as:
- Natural disasters
- Government travel bans
- Road closures
- Resort shutdowns
- Airline cancellations
You may be eligible for:
- A full refund, or
- Rescheduling without fees (subject to availability)
Documentation (e.g., flight cancellation notice) may be required.
