Terms and Conditions for La Casa Resorts

By making a reservation, accessing our website, or using any services at La Casa Resorts, you agree to comply with the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Reservations & Payments

  • A valid credit/debit card is required to secure bookings.
  • Prepayment or security deposit may be required for certain rates or group bookings.
  • Dynamic Pricing: Kumrat Resort rooms or Karachi Villas rates fluctuate based on demand, seasonality, and promotions.
  • Third-Party Bookings: Reservations made via online travel agencies (OTAs) are subject to their terms.

2. Check-In & Check-Out

  • Check-In: Begins at [Time 2:00 PM]. Early check-in is subject to availability and may incur fees.
  • Check-Out: By [Time 11:00 AM]. Late check-out may be available for an additional charge.
  • Valid ID Required: Government-issued photo ID and matching payment card must be presented at check-in.

3. Cancellation & Refunds

  • See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for detailed terms.
  • Non-Refundable Bookings: Cannot be canceled or modified without penalty.

4. Guest Conduct & Property Rules

  • No Smoking: Smoking (including vaping) is prohibited in rooms; designated areas only.
  • Quiet Hours: Respect neighbors quiet hours between 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM.
  • Damage Policy: Guests are liable for any damage to resort/villa property.
  • Visitors: Non-registered guests must check-in at reception; overnight stays require prior approval.

5. Safety & Liability

  • Lost Items: We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.
  • Surveillance: CCTV is used in public areas for security.

6. Force Majeure

  • La Casa Resorts is not liable for disruptions due to:
    • Natural disasters
    • Pandemics/health emergencies
    • Government travel restrictions
    • Utility failures

7. Privacy & Data Use

  • Personal data is handled per our Privacy Policy.
  • Marketing Communications: You may opt out of promotional emails.

    8. Pets Policy
  • Pets allowed/not allowed (state if applicable). If allowed:
    • Fee: [$500] per stay
    • Restrictions: Size/breed limits, leash rules, no pets in dining areas.

9. Special Requests

  • Room Preferences (e.g., ground floor villa, or river facing cottages) are not guaranteed but will be prioritized.
  • Accessibility Needs: Notify us in advance for accommodations.

10. Disputes & Governing Law

  • Any disputes shall be resolved under the laws of [Pakistan/KPK & Sindh].
  • Claims must be filed within [24 hours] of check-out. Failure to do so waives all rights to pursue such claims.
  • Maximum liability, if any, shall be limited to the 50% amount paid for the stay, and only if proven through valid documentation.
  • By booking and/or staying at any La Casa Resorts property, guests explicitly agree to these terms and waive any conflicting rights under applicable laws, to the fullest extent permitted.

11. Changes to Terms

  • La Casa Resorts reserves the right to update these terms. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance.
