La Casa Resorts – Terms & Conditions

By making a reservation, accessing our website, or using any service provided by La Casa Resorts (Karachi Villas or Kumrat Valley Resort), you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. These terms constitute a binding agreement between the guest (“you”) and La Casa Resorts (“we”, “us”, “our”).

1. Reservations & Payments

• A valid credit/debit card is required to secure all bookings.

• Certain bookings—such as peak season, group reservations, or promotional offers—may require full prepayment or a security deposit.

• Dynamic Pricing: Room and villa rates fluctuate based on occupancy, demand, seasonality, weekends, and promotional campaigns.

• Third-Party Bookings: Reservations made through Online Travel Agencies (OTAs) or partners are additionally governed by their own terms.

2. Check-In & Check-Out

• Check-In: 2:00 PM
  Early check-in is subject to availability and may incur an additional fee.

• Check-Out: 11:00 AM
  Late check-out must be requested in advance and may be charged.

• Identification: A valid government-issued photo ID and the payment card used for booking must be presented at check-in.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

• All cancellations, amendments, and refund eligibility follow our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

• Non-Refundable Bookings: These reservations cannot be modified or canceled without the full charge being applied.

4. Guest Conduct & Property Rules

• No Smoking: Smoking or vaping is prohibited inside rooms or villas. Designated outdoor smoking areas are available.

• Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Guests must respect neighboring villas and resort guests.

• Damage Policy: Guests are financially responsible for any damage, breakage, or loss caused during their stay.

• Visitors: Non-registered visitors must check in at reception. Overnight visitors are not allowed without prior approval and may incur additional charges.

5. Safety & Liability

• Personal Belongings: La Casa Resorts is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.

• Surveillance: Public areas may be monitored by CCTV for safety and security.

• Use of Facilities: Guests use all amenities (pools, lawns, river access, BBQ areas, kitchen equipment) at their own risk.

6. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays, cancellations, or service failures resulting from events beyond our control, including but not limited to:

• Natural disasters

• Flooding, landslides, or road blockages

• Government regulations or travel restrictions

• Public health emergencies

• Utility outages or infrastructure failures

No refunds or compensation shall be provided in such circumstances unless required by law.

7. Privacy & Data Use

• Guest information is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

• Marketing emails or SMS messages may be sent; guests can opt out at any time.

8. Pets Policy

• Pets allowed / not allowed (choose applicable for your property).

• If allowed:

  • Fee: PKR 500 per stay

  • Pets must remain leashed in public areas

  • Pets are not permitted in dining areas or pools

  • Guests are responsible for pet-related damage or cleaning fees

9. Special Requests

• Special room requests (ground-floor villas, river-facing rooms, early check-in, late check-out, extra bedding, BBQ setup) are honored based on availability and cannot be guaranteed.

• Guests with accessibility needs should notify us in advance so appropriate arrangements can be made.

10. Disputes & Governing Law

• These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan (Sindh or KPK jurisdictions depending on the booked property).

• Any claims must be reported within 24 hours of check-out. Claims reported after this period are invalid.

• Maximum liability for any proven claim is limited to 50% of the amount paid for the stay.

• By booking and staying at La Casa Resorts, guests waive any additional rights that conflict with these terms, to the extent permitted by law.

11. Amendments to Terms

La Casa Resorts reserves the right to update, modify, or revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
